We believe the Japanese word IRODORI not only refers to the balance of colors, but has a deeper meaning that symbolizes age old culture that has taken root and has survived from generations past.
In this installation, we imagined our diverse world of IRODORI and represented a powerful burst of life energy from the center outwards. In life, small particles of energy spread into the vast world which then intertwine with nature and the atmosphere, making way for connections to the next generation. This work is a visual representation of this magnificent process.
